Ellen Bonnell has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Ellen started their career as the Chief Architect at Application Builders in 1985, where they developed and implemented enterprise software. During their tenure, they also created a unique system testing methodology. From 2007 to 2015, they worked as a Principal Consultant at TrendSavants, specializing in forecasting, analytics, and business intelligence. Ellen managed employee and client relationships and ensured the quality of project delivery. In 2015, they joined Allied Irish Banks as the Lead Analyst for Lean BPM. Ellen then moved on to the Hilti Group in 2017 as the Head of Global Statistical Forecasting, where they focused on delivering globally aligned KPIs and forecasting methods.
