Mark Merritt

Mark Merritt has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Mark is currently working at Candela Medical as the Associate Vice President of Sales for the Western US and Canada. Prior to that, they were the Executive Sales Director at the same company. Before joining Candela Medical, Mark worked at Lumenis as a Regional Sales Manager, where they managed the Central US Aesthetic Sales team and served as a Fem Touch/Piqo4 Specialist. Mark also held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Cardiovascular Systems, Inc., where they managed the Cardiology Sales team in Michigan and achieved a 33% year-on-year growth in Coronary business. Mark also worked at Lutronic as the US Director of Sales, overseeing sales goals, managing sales representatives, and handling marketing programs. At Olympus, they served as an Area Sales Manager, achieving exceptional results in sales growth and signing significant contracts. Mark began their career in the medical field at Boston Scientific as a Territory Sales Manager, specializing in Microvasive Urology. Mark also has experience in the pharmaceutical industry as an Area Sales Rep at Pfizer, where they received several awards and significantly improved the territory's performance. Mark also has teaching and coaching experience from their early career.

Mark Merritt attended Eastern Michigan University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Educational Administration. During their time there, they were also a full scholarship member of the EMU football team. Additionally, they participated in the Executive Leadership Program at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
