Nisha M.

Nisha M. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles related to business systems analysis and Oracle software. Nisha started their career at Mahindra Satyam as a Software Engineer, where they gained expertise in Oracle client server technology and Oracle Apps. Nisha then worked as a Programmer Analyst for the City of Saint Petersburg, specializing in Oracle E-Business Suite and presenting at conferences. Nisha also worked as an Oracle Techno Functional Consultant at The MENTOR Network and as an Oracle Business Analyst at The TJX Companies, Inc. In these roles, they focused on gathering requirements, documenting functional specifications, and communicating with business users. Nisha later joined athenahealth as a Business Systems Analyst Manager, where they served as a subject matter expert on the Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials solution and supported Finance system portfolio. Currently, they are the Director of Business Financial Systems at Candela Medical.

Nisha M. completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Business Intelligence, Information Systems, and Supply Chain Services Management from UMass Boston from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Kerala between 2001 and 2005. Nisha also received Oracle Training from Oracle University, although the specific duration or completion year is unknown. In terms of additional certifications, they became an Oracle Cloud Customer Connect - Green Ribbon Member in February 2020 and achieved the Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate certification in January 2008.
