Andrea Meschini

Andrea Meschini is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Test & Verification at Candela since February 2024, focusing on the safety of maritime transportation through Agile processes. Prior to this role, Andrea held various positions at Brembo S.p.A. from December 2011 to January 2024, including Head of Testing & Validation for the Performance Group, where leadership was demonstrated over a team of eighteen responsible for the characterization and performance evaluation of racing products. Additionally, Andrea was the first Aerospace Testing Manager at Brembo, establishing testing labs and methodologies compliant with regulatory standards. Early career experiences include roles as a Testing Engineer and Trainee NVH Engineer, along with consultancy and design work at Fumes Sas and Glance Sas respectively. Andrea holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
