Gabriele De Mattia

Gabriele De Mattia has been working in various roles since 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Product Supply Engineer at Procter & Gamble and as a Consultant at 180 Degrees Consulting. In 2018, they worked at Arla Foods as a Production Optimization Business Partner, F15 Graduate Programme Global Trainee, Logistics Development Manager NL&BE, and Foodservice Commercial Innovation Manager. Gabriele also worked as a Production Optimization Consultant, where they acquired management consultant skillset through daily collaboration with Boston Consulting Group colleagues. Currently, Gabriele is working at Candela as a Product Manager and an Operations Development Manager, where they are part of a team of passionate engineers responsible for launching all new product development in production and for volume ramp-up.

Gabriele De Mattia has a 5 year High School Diploma in Scientific Studies from Scuola Navale Francesco Morosini, obtained between 2010 and 2013. Gabriele then obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management and Production Engineering from Politecnico di Milano between 2013 and 2016. During this time, they also participated in an Erasmus Program at Luleå University of Technology in 2015. Gabriele then obtained a Master of Science in Production Engineering and Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology between 2016 and 2018. Additionally, Gabriele holds a Certificate of Proficiency in English from Cambridge English Language Assessment and an IELTS Test with an Overall Band Score of 8.5/9 (CEFR C2) from IELTS USA, obtained in March 2016.
