Pradnya Kargutkar

Pradnya Kargutkar has had several roles in the field of human resources and administration. From May 2019 to October 2021, they worked as the Manager-HR & Admin at Enovate Lifestyles Pvt. Ltd. Prior to that, they were with Manoj Ornaments, where they served as the HR-Admin Manager from January 2018 to May 2019. Currently, Pradnya is a Senior Manager-Human Resource & Administration at Candere By Kalyan Jewellers, starting their role in November 2021.

Pradnya Kargutkar completed a degree in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, from the year 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a PG Mba degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Atharva Institute of Management Studies, although the start and end years are not provided. Additionally, Pradnya Kargutkar obtained certifications in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode in April 2022, and in Advanced Google Analytics and Google Analytics for Power Users from Google Analytics in April 2021.
