Chad Brennand

Chad Brennand has a strong background in real estate, with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Chad currently holds the position of Vice President of Leasing & Business Development at CANDEREL GROUP, where they oversee all leasing and development projects in Alberta. Chad is responsible for executive oversight on real estate initiatives and identifying new business opportunities for Canderel clients and stakeholders. Prior to their current role, they served as an Executive Vice President at JLL from 2013 to 2021 and as Principal at DTZ, a UGL company, from 1999 to 2013. Chad's expertise and extensive experience make him a valuable asset in the real estate industry. Additionally, they serve on the Member Board of Directors for the YMCA of Northern Alberta starting in 2022.

Chad Brennand attended the Alberta School of Business at the University of Alberta from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Chad also obtained certifications from the Real Estate Council of Alberta in August 2000 and from the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) in 2010.
