Sarah Fortin

Sarah Fortin is an accomplished professional in human resources and legal practice with extensive experience in talent management, culture, and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) since January 2024, Sarah holds the position of Senior Vice President at CANDEREL GROUP since October 2019, where responsibilities include leading talent and culture strategies and co-chairing the Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director at PSP Investments, providing strategic HR partnership, and HR Business Partner at BlackRock, influencing talent decisions and organizational development. Sarah’s legal background includes work as a lawyer for the Fédération des cégeps, Siskinds, LLP, and an internship at Norton Rose Fulbright.
