Laura Sund Martin

Laura Sund Martin is an accomplished instructional design and training manager with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Instructional Design at Candescent since October 2024, Laura oversees a team dedicated to developing eLearning and classroom training for clients and support teams, employing innovative Design Thinking methodologies to enhance client experiences. Previously, Laura held similar roles at NCR Voyix and NCR Corporation, where responsibilities included managing instructional design teams, creating training content, and driving innovation initiatives. Laura’s career began with roles focused on client training and education, including positions at Digital Insight and Intuit, backed by advanced degrees in Applied Linguistics and German from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and German from Valparaiso University.
