Benjamin Verpoort

Benjamin Verpoort has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Benjamin currently holds the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Candex, where they focus on ensuring smooth business operations and legal compliance for larger companies. Prior to this, Benjamin owned and operated their own business, Bidulini.

At Avantor, they served as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Europe, overseeing recruitment activities. Before that, at PageGroup, Benjamin was an Executive Manager, specializing in supply chain, logistics, and procurement roles. Benjamin also took a mini-sabbatical before joining PageGroup.

Benjamin gained significant experience at Cargill, where they held various roles, including EMEA Process Analyst, Strategic Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Lead for Belgium & EMEA Industrial, EMEA Recruitment Lead a.i., and Recruitment Lead for Operations & Engineering (EMEA). At Cargill, they implemented changes to improve recruitment processes, managed a large team, and developed relationships with suppliers.

Earlier in their career, Benjamin worked at PageGroup as a Manager, leading the Engineering & Supply Chain division, and as a Senior Consultant in Engineering & Supply Chain, where they focused on recruiting senior profiles.

Before joining PageGroup, Benjamin worked at Lodestone Management Consultants Ag as a Business Consultant in Production Planning, Purchasing, and Supply Chain. Benjamin was involved in various projects related to supply chain management and purchasing, including implementation of solutions in SAP.

Benjamin Verpoort completed an MBA in General Management at Vlerick Business School from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Electromechanics, from KU Leuven between 1997 and 2000. Additionally, they hold certifications from APICS in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and from Federgon in Social Law and Safety Regulation.
