Jill Listak

Jill Listak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technology transformation. Currently serving as Regional Vice President of Customer Success at Candex since January 2025, Jill previously held the position of Director for Technology & Transformation at PwC from February 2023 to January 2025. Prior to that, Jill worked at SAP, where roles included Program Director for Digital Transformation and Customer Advisory, as well as Principal Customer Success Partner from March 2019 to February 2023. Jill’s background also includes experience at American Water in the Enterprise Strategy Office and as Principal Program Manager for Technology & Innovation from May 2017 to April 2019, along with a managerial role at Day & Zimmermann focusing on Shared Services and Operational Excellence. Jill Listak earned a B.S. in Supply Chain and Information Systems from Penn State University and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.
