Catalina Spinel

Catalina Spinel is the Director of Partnerships for the Northeast at Candid, where responsibilities include developing partnerships and programmatic collaborations with nonprofits and philanthropists to enhance the social sector through data and insights. Previously, Catalina served as a Program Manager at both Candid's New York Learning Center and the NYC Department of Education, where management of initiatives aimed at capacity building and equity in education was pivotal. Earlier experiences include consulting for UN Women and the United Nations, focusing on fundraising and program management, along with a role as Development Director for American Friends of the Bambi Homes Colombia. An educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Universidad de Los Andes.
