Uyen Nguyen

Uyen Nguyen is an Internal Communications & Impact Analyst at Candid, with a focus on managing communication channels and facilitating change management initiatives. Uyen has successfully enhanced employee engagement through the management of intranet and town hall meetings, as well as by analyzing culture surveys to develop improvement strategies. Previous experience includes roles as a Data Science Intern at ATA, LLC, and as a Data & Growth Analyst at Second Time Founders, where significant automation projects resulted in a substantial increase in productivity. Uyen also served in public relations and project management roles with the Center for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship, contributed to customer service improvements at WeFit.vn, and supported operations at the British Council. Uyen holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Minerva University and a high school diploma in Russian Language and Literature from Hanoi-Amsterdam High School for the Gifted.
