Samuel Magondu

Samuel Magondu is a highly experienced software engineer currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at CANDIS since September 2022. Previously held positions include SDE at Amazon, CTO and Co-founder at Crediation, and Senior Software Engineer/Head of Software at PayGo Energy. At Crediation, Samuel built the software team and managed performance, while at PayGo Energy, Samuel led the architectural redesign of the backend system for supporting IoT devices. Additional experience includes a Lead Software Developer role at Upande Limited, focusing on GIS and IoT tools, and contributions to educational technology at eLimu Kenya and Ajua™. Samuel holds a Master’s Degree in Distributed Computing Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Nairobi.
