Stephanie Portoff

Stephanie Portoff has an extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Stephanie is currently working at CANDIS as a Team Lead Product Management, where they have been since August 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Product Manager at CANDIS from February 2021. Before joining CANDIS, Stephanie worked at VMware Tanzu Labs as a Product Manager from October 2020 to February 2021, and as a Product Manager (Pivotal Labs) from November 2018 to February 2021. Stephanie also has experience as a Senior Projektmanager at Moccu - Digitalagentur from January 2017 to September 2018. Stephanie has previously worked as a Senior Producer at Soap Creative from January 2013 to July 2016, and as a Digital Producer at MassMedia Studios from February 2010 to January 2013. Stephanie began their career as a Research Assistant at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH from December 2008 to February 2009 and as a Product Manager at Deutsche Börse Systems AG from January 2008 to November 2008. Stephanie also has experience as a Project Manager / Coordinator at École de Gaulle-Adenauer from September 2005 to December 2007, as a Research Assistant at German Development Institute / Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE) from July 2005 to September 2005, and as an Intern / Event Coordinator at United Nations Volunteers from January 2005 to June 2005.

Stephanie Portoff completed their Master of Development Studies in Development Economics and International Development at Macquarie University in 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a Staatsexamen degree in Mathematics, English linguistics & literature, and Education Sciences at The University of Bonn, completing it in 2007.
