Timo Kretschmer

Timo Kretschmer has worked at two companies in their career. At Candis, they started in August 2019 as a Sales Consultant and later became a Junior Customer Success Manager in March 2020. In February 2021, they were promoted to the role of Customer Success Manager, and in February 2023, they became a Team Lead Customer Operations. Prior to Candis, Timo worked at MGS Motor Gruppe Sticht GmbH & Co. KG where they started in September 2016 as an Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Marketingkommunikation and later became a Marketing Specialist in February 2019.

Timo Kretschmer completed their education from 2007 to 2016 at Staatliche Realschule Pegnitz. Timo obtained a Mastership in Customer Success from Winning by Design in July 2021.
