Prior to ModusLink, Dassen worked at Geodis Vitesse in Planning & Customer Service and at Cooler Master Europe as a Logistics Coordinator. Dassen holds bachelor's degrees in International Business & Management Studies from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven and in Real Estate from Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Rotterdam.
