Claudia Pang

Claudia (Yalai) Pang is a skilled product designer with a robust background in user experience and interface design, currently serving at Candor since January 2023. At Candor, Claudia has successfully led the design process for two SaaS products and over 15 features, focusing on automating complex workflows. Prior experiences include a product designer role at Johnson & Johnson MedTech, where Claudia researched and designed a platform to enhance robotic surgery for novice surgeons, and a product design internship at Intuit Mailchimp, which resulted in significant improvements to the pricing plan selection experience. Claudia has also contributed to UX research at Nordstrom and made impactful design changes during internships at Coupang and KPF. Academically, Claudia holds a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute.
