Celeste Marx is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in people operations and business partnering. Currently serving as Head of People at Outschool and a Board Advisor at CandorIQ, Celeste has previously held leadership positions such as Head of People Experience at Retool and HRBP Lead at Flexport, overseeing substantial teams and complex HR functions across global markets. With a career spanning major organizations, including ZS, The Edmund Trust, and Nomura, Celeste has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, and talent management. Celeste holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and English Literature from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, along with professional qualifications in Human Resources Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and HRCI.
