Leah Knobler

Leah Knobler serves as the VP of People at Help Scout, leading a seven-member team to foster an inclusive remote-first culture, while overseeing Total Rewards, People Data, Talent Acquisition, and People Business Partners. Previously, Leah held roles as Director of Talent Acquisition, where efforts included developing hiring strategies and managing recruitment metrics, and as Talent and Culture Lead, establishing Help Scout's recruiting strategy and diversity initiatives. Leah's experience extends to advisory positions at CandorIQ and Luna Park, and previous roles at Tufts University and the NYC Department of Education. Leah holds a BA in Psychology from Tufts University, a MeD in Higher Education Administration from Boston University, and an MA in Special Education from The City College of New York.
