Tiago Silveira

Tiago Silveira has been working in the technology industry since 2000. Tiago started their career as an Analyst Programmer at CSI - Consultoria e Sistemas de Informação. Tiago then moved on to Grupo Exicon as a Business Analyst/Programmer in 2002. In 2007, they took a role as a Software Engineer at Trevisan Tecnologia. Tiago then worked as an ICX Service & Quality Coordinator at AIESEC in 2009. In the same year, they also began working at Confiança Cia de Seguros as a Systems/Business Analyst. In 2011, they became a Software Engineering Manager at Agibank, where they were responsible for leading the development lifecycle of some company systems and complex integrations. In 2017, they moved on to T&M Systems as a Scrum Master/IT Project Manager. In 2018, they began working at Rescon Granny Flats as a Delivery Manager/Agile Business Analyst. Tiago is currently the Head of Engineering at Canibuild.

Tiago Silveira obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from Victoria University in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained an AQF Graduate Diploma in IT Administration from Unisinos in 2010. Tiago also obtained an AQF Bachelor Degree in Information Systems from Unisinos between 1998 and 2008. Additionally, they obtained a Genexus Senior Analyst certification from GeneXus in 2003 and a CSM - Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance in 2015. Tiago also attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, but did not obtain a degree.
