Alex Stauffer has over 20 years of work experience in finance and accounting. They started their career at Lucor Inc as a General Ledger Supervisor, overseeing month-end closing processes and various financial tasks. They then worked at Cascades as an Assistant Controller, responsible for cost recognition, inventory valuation, and product variance analysis. At Perdue Farms, they served as a Cost Accounting Supervisor, managing costing, setting standard costs, and completing production reports. They then joined Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Plant Controller/Financial Manager, overseeing financial aspects of multiple plants. They continued their career at Lion Elastomers, LLC as a Plant Controller, responsible for financial reporting, tax reporting, and project management. They then moved to Huntsman Corporation as a Site Controller, overseeing accounting and finance for a major manufacturing site. At Indorama Ventures PCL, they served as a Controller, managing plant accounting and shared service accounting. Most recently, they worked at Arcanum Infrastructure, LLC as a Director of Finance, overseeing all accounting, finance, and treasury functions and providing financial analysis on M&A opportunities and construction projects. In 2023, they are set to join Canidae as the Director of Manufacturing Accounting.
Alex Stauffer completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from East Carolina University - College of Business between 1996 and 2000.
