Luke Hoyord

Luke Hoyord is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Salesforce consulting and support. Currently serving as a Sr. Salesforce Consultant at Canidium since June 2025, Luke previously held roles at AgentSync as Manager of Tier II Salesforce Support, leading the development of a support function for over 200 customers, and as a Sr. Customer Solutions Engineer specializing in the Salesforce platform. Prior to AgentSync, Luke worked as a Sr. Salesforce Admin/Engineer at Accept.inc promoting Salesforce adoption, and as Team Lead, Sr. Salesforce Administrator at Zayo Group, supporting approximately 4,000 users. Luke's earlier career included roles in client relationship management and team leadership, along with experience in coaching at various levels in football. Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
