Brittani Uribe Sleets

Brittani Uribe Sleets has extensive experience in diversity and inclusion roles. Brittani is currently the Senior Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Canine Companions®, where they lead initiatives to promote diversity within the organization. Prior to that, Brittani held the position of President of Operations and Principal Consultant at ROOT'D RELATIONS LLC, where they facilitated diversity and inclusion trainings and developed strategic plans. Brittani also worked at Best Buy in various roles, including Senior Strategy Manager, Senior Communication Specialist, External Community Relations Lead, and Retail Sales Lead. In these positions, they implemented DE&I initiatives, developed communication plans, facilitated trainings, and created community programs to advance diversity and inclusion.

Brittani Uribe Sleets has pursued a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Communication and Media Studies at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
