Cecelia Gotham

Cecelia Gotham currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Director of Alumni Engagement at Canisius University since June 2022. Previously, from May 2020 to June 2022, Cecelia held the position of Assistant Director of Donor Relations at Fordham University, where responsibilities included managing thank you notes for scholarship donors and recipients, executing donor events, and overseeing donor relations communications. Prior experience includes roles at the University of Rochester, where Cecelia progressed from Assistant Director to Associate Director of Regional Volunteers and Programs, leading alumni programming and event management. Early career experience includes various positions at Canisius College, contributing to donor stewardship and managing significant fundraising events. Cecelia holds a Master of Science in Communication & Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Canisius University.
