Jennifer Herrmann

Jennifer Herrmann is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as the Associate Dean of Student Success and Care Manager at Canisius University since September 2006. Jennifer's roles at the university have included Associate Dean for Student Success, Care Manager for the Behavioral Intervention Team, Assistant Dean for New Students, and Interim Director of the Griff Center for Academic Engagement. Prior to Canisius University, Jennifer worked in various positions including Automotive Factory Work at Delphi and as a Teacher's Assistant at the Stanley G. Falk School. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Counselor Education and Human Services from Canisius College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the State University of New York at Fredonia. Education was also pursued at Buffalo State University and Kenmore East High School.
