Dr. Nil Çağlar

Dr. Nil Çağlar is an accomplished academic and banking professional with extensive experience in both fields. Currently serving as a lecturer at Başkent Üniversitesi and Çankaya Üniversitesi since 2022, Dr. Çağlar is also an executive partner at Mayers Consulting, Enerji Danışmanlık. Prior management roles include time at Akbank as a branch manager and similar positions at Finansbank, QNB Finansbank, TEB, and HSBC. Dr. Çağlar holds a Doctor of Philosophy in International Finance and Banking from Başkent University and an MBA from Bahcesehir University, complemented by a foundational education from Hacettepe University.
