Raymond Idink

Raymond Idink is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in managing and optimizing production processes across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Canline since January 2023, Raymond oversees several key departments, including Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, Production, Assembly, Quality, and Field Service, while also designing and executing the operations business strategy. Prior to this role, Raymond was a Production Manager at Vanderlande, leading assembly teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. At Omron Industrial Automation Europe, Raymond held multiple roles, including Operations Leader, where oversight of assembly departments and project leadership in new product introductions were key responsibilities. Raymond began a career in operations with a graduation project at Bosch Rexroth, focusing on maintenance process improvements, and has pursued advanced education in management sciences and industrial engineering.
