Jay Czarkowski

Jay Czarkowski, the founding partner at Canna Advisors, H2 Talent, and Trailhead, LLC, has been a key player in the cannabis industry since 2009. Along with their wife Diane, Jay successfully operated one of Colorado's earliest medical marijuana dispensaries. With a background in electrical engineering, Jay has used their expertise to invest, develop, and build real estate ventures in addition to leading award-winning consulting teams that have facilitated the launch of cannabis businesses in over 30 states and internationally.
