Summer Fox

Summer Fox, MPP, currently serves as a Senior Consultant and Strategic Research and Policy Lead at Cannabis Public Policy Consulting since February 2023. Previously, Summer held various roles at Weedmaps from February 2019 to January 2023, including Manager of Policy and Policy Associate. Prior experience includes serving as Office Manager at the National Women's Political Caucus of California and as an intern in the California Department of Toxic Substances Control where Summer supported environmental cleanup projects. Further experience includes serving as a Constituent Affairs Intern in the Office of the Governor, Jerry Brown, where communication with constituents was facilitated. Summer holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Ecology, both from UC Irvine.
