Marshall Ogen

Marshall Ogen has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Marshall started in 2011 as a Senior Vice President at J.Lodge, where they achieved significant growth in revenue by bringing in new clients. From 2013 to 2017, they served as a Vice President at Zero Variance, successfully securing and expanding a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients. Ogen then moved on to work as a Vice President of Business Strategy at Concentra Solutions and PharmaCentra, where they played a key role in driving performance and operational improvements. In 2018, they founded CannabisBPO as the Vice President of Business Strategy, building the company's brand and client portfolio in the cannabis industry. Marshall also became a Strategic Advisor for the New Jersey CannaBusiness Association, promoting responsible growth in the cannabis sector. Ogen joined the National Cannabis Industry Association as a member of the Marketing & Advertising Committee in 2019. Additionally, they have served as an Adjunct Professor at Rider University since 2023, teaching a cannabis-focused capstone class. Marshall is also an Official Member/Contributor of the Rolling Stone Culture Council and previously held the role of Chairperson for the Mid-Atlantic region at the Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE) from 2010 to 2020.
