Yoav Rothler has worked in various roles in the fields of economics and agriculture since 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Teaching Assistant at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Faculty of Agriculture. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an Agricultural Economics and Agricultural Policy Analyst for Zenovar Planning Team. During the same time period, they were also an Economic Advisor for Fuel Choices and Smart Mobility Initiative. In 2014, they became Partner and Development Economist for TerraVerde Agriculture LTD. From 2016 to 2018, they were a PHD Fellow in development economics at Tel Aviv University. Finally, in 2018, they became CFO of CannaboTech - Cannabis technologies LTD.
Yoav Rothler received their Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Anthropology and Sociology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2009. Yoav then earned their Master's Degree in Agricultural Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2014. Finally, Yoav Rothler completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Development Economics studies from Tel Aviv University in 2017.
