James Austin Ritchey

James Austin Ritchey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, operations, and management. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for Northern California at CannaCraft since January 2022, James has previously held territory manager positions at Old Pal and Kiva Confections. Prior to their roles in the cannabis industry, James worked as an Operations Manager at Mosquito Squad of Diablo Valley, focusing on customer retention, workflow optimization, and cost reduction. James began a career in administration as an HR & Legal Admin at Side by Side Redevelopment, LLC, and has experience as a Legal Assistant at Scheuermann & Jones, LLC, where duties included client relations and bill reconciliation. Early in the career, James served as a Project Manager with Gulf Shores Construction, collaborating with the Army Corps of Engineers on significant construction projects. James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans.
