Jim McErlean

Jim McErlean has over 30 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Jim began their career in 1987 as an Underwriter for Transamerica. In 1993, they moved to Business Insurance Company as a Regional Manager. In 1997, they became the Vice President of Business Development & Underwriting for Reliance National - CyberComp. From 1999 to 2010, they held the position of National Marketing Director at HBW Insurance Services. Jim then moved to SCF Arizona as the Agency Marketing Manager in 2010. In 2012, they became the Vice President of Business Development at OnPoint Underwriting/Beecher Carlson. In 2013, they became the Business Development Manager at NSM Insurance Group. Most recently, in 2020, they took on the role of Director of Business Development at Cannasure Insurance Services, where they are responsible for oversight of Sales & Distribution Management and helping to guide the company's strategic direction.

Jim McErlean obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from the University of Denver between 1993 and 1997.
