Steven Schachter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Steven has held various leadership positions throughout their career, starting with their role as the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Distribution at Cannella Media DTC, LLC, where they were responsible for building strategic partnerships and increasing direct-to-consumer transactional content distribution. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Business Development & Distribution at the same company.

Prior to their time at Cannella Media DTC, Steven worked at Revenue Frontier as the SVP of Affiliate Sales & Distribution. Steven played a crucial role in expanding direct response television programming content through satellite feeds, file server deployment, and digital content delivery. Steven successfully led the transition from satellite delivery to a file server solution and managed the divisional profit and loss statement.

Before joining Revenue Frontier, Steven worked as the Director of Affiliate Sales at VUBIQUITY (formerly TVN Entertainment). In this role, they led the network distribution of four satellite-delivered direct response programming channels for the cable television industry. Steven also renegotiated media carriage agreements to turn underperforming media properties into profitable ventures.

Earlier in their career, Steven held a position as an Account Manager at Motorola Broadband and served as the Manager/Director of Affiliate Sales at TVN Entertainment. At TVN Entertainment, they were responsible for transitioning analog cable television affiliates to digital and providing NVOD & VOD pay-per-view programming, marketing services, and digital headends to cable systems and municipal broadband providers.

Before venturing into the media industry, Steven demonstrated their leadership skills as the Executive Director of Sierra Canyon School, where they oversaw advertising and marketing campaigns, public relations, transportation, and staff recruitment & training for the private K-12 school and private summer day camp.

Steven's career began at Katz Media Group, where they served as an Assistant Account Executive.

Throughout their various roles, Steven has proven to be a strategic and results-driven leader, focused on establishing partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring profitability.
