David Sparks Pe

David Sparks, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in construction management and civil engineering. After retirement in January 2024, David served as Director of Construction Services and Senior Project Manager at Cannon & Cannon, Inc. from January 2018, following a role as Assistant Town Engineer for the Town of Farragut from October 2013 to January 2018.
