Roland Cline

Roland serves as an advisor and as a member of Cannon’s Investment Committee. Roland previously worked at American Capital (“ACAS”) for 26 years where he founded and directed the San Francisco deal team/office, helped launch and integrate the firm’s European operation and served on ACAS’ Investment Committee for 14 years, with oversight of the due diligence/credit underwriting function. Prior to ACAS, Roland founded and directed an advisory firm focused on change-of-control ESOP transactions, after previously working at several publicly-traded and non-profit firms. He finished his BA in Psychology and MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
