Zachary Fillmore

Zachary Fillmore is an accomplished plant and engineering manager with extensive experience in manufacturing and operational roles. Currently serving as Plant Manager and Engineering Manager at Cannon-Muskegon since April 2022, Zachary also owns ZF Woodworking & CNC and is a Co-Founder/Engineer at Rocott Co. Prior to these roles, Zachary worked as a Senior Specialist in Continuous Improvement at L3Harris Technologies and held various management positions at Parker Hannifin and Parker Aerospace, focusing on value stream management and manufacturing engineering. Zachary holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Operations from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Entrepreneurial Engineering from Western Michigan University.
