Lieseloes de Graaf

Lieseloes de Graaf has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Junior Management Consultant at PwC before moving on to become a Project Manager at Boer & Croon. In 2002, they joined DRiem Papier BV as an HR Manager. Following that, Lieseloes worked at INPACT as an HR Manager for a short period. From 2006 to 2009, they served as an HR Manager at Aspect Medical Systems, responsible for all HR functions in the international organization. Lieseloes then worked at Selexyz Boekhandels B.V. as an HR Adviseur, managing HR activities for headquarters and various shops. In 2012, they became the Manager HR at Teleena, where they developed and implemented HR strategies and policies. Their next role was at Black Box, where they served as the Director HR TPS International & International Services, overseeing HR activities for 22 countries and managing a team of HR Business Leaders and International Payroll Manager. Currently, Lieseloes is the Director Human Resources Europe at Cannondale.

Lieseloes de Graaf obtained their Master's degree in Business Economics with a specialization in International Management from Maastricht University. Their education spanned from 1992 to 1997.
