Donall O’Carroll

Donall O’Carroll leads CannonDesign’s legal department. Among the department’s responsibilities are contract review and negotiation; claims management and litigation; insurance programs; intellectual property; mergers and acquisitions; corporate structuring; licensing and employment law issues. The department works to protect and further the firm’s interests both domestically and internationally, working closely with CannonDesigners in all offices and all departments. O’Carroll also serves as the firm’s Corporate Secretary and legal advisor to the board of directors. Prior to joining CannonDesign, O’Carroll was a commercial litigator and trial lawyer practicing in Ireland, Florida and New York.
