Jorge L Ramirez Aia Ncarb

Jorge L Ramirez has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture. Jorge L is currently employed as a Project Architect at CannonDesign since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at HDR from 2018 to 2020, where they served as a Project Architect and collaborated closely with Principals on various project phases. Their responsibilities included developing plans, sections, and elevations, researching building codes and materials, and contributing to design development and construction documentation.

Before joining HDR, Jorge worked as a Senior Designer at Studio Hillier in 2017 and as an Architect Designer at Michael Graves Architecture & Design from 2015 to 2017. Jorge L gained experience in commercial, residential, and educational sectors while working at Gittings Associates, P.C. as an Architect - Designer from 2013 to 2015. At Gittings Associates, they also played a role in implementing ADA and code compliance strategies for Princeton University.

Jorge's architectural career began in 1997 as an Architectural Internship and Architectural Model Maker at CUH2A, where they worked until 2002. Jorge L then joined Clarke Caton Hintz as a Junior Architect from 2002 to 2006.

Throughout their career, Jorge has demonstrated their ability to work collaboratively, creatively, and within project schedules and budgets. Jorge L has a strong understanding of design concepts, building materials, and building codes, allowing him to contribute effectively to projects in various sectors.

Jorge L Ramirez, AIA NCARB obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they studied architecture from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they have acquired an NCARB Certificate and is a Registered Architect in the State of New Jersey.
