Paul M. Moskal, J.D., CCEP-I has extensive work experience in the fields of ethics, compliance, law, and investigation spanning over 35 years. Currently, they are the Director of Ethics and Compliance at CannonDesign, where they lead various programs to ensure legal and ethical practices across the global organization. Prior to this role, they served as a Counterintelligence Officer at Brookhaven National Laboratory. Paul M. also had a long and distinguished career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where they held the positions of Supervisory Special Agent and Chief Division Counsel. In addition, they worked as a Special Assistant United States Attorney (SAUSA) at the United States Attorneys' Offices. Paul is also an Adjunct Faculty at the University at Buffalo School of Law and the Director of CORE Consultancy, LLC. Through their diverse roles, they have been involved in strategic planning, coordination, and oversight in the areas of ethics, integrity, and investigation management. Their vast experience and legal expertise make him a valuable asset in the field.

Paul M. Moskal, J.D., CCEP-I holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law. Paul M. also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University at Buffalo.

In terms of certifications, Paul Moskal holds the Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE). Paul M. is also a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional - International (CCEP - I) through the same institution.
