Alexia Arleo

Alexia Arleo began their work experience as an Office Manager at Comfort Health from December 2012 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day management of the medical center, liaising with patients and healthcare professionals, and overseeing membership growth.

Afterwards, Alexia joined Cano Health in December 2016 as an Office Manager, responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative aspects of the practice(s). Alexia worked closely with the Medical Director to ensure practice profitability, revenue goals, and other metrics were met. Additionally, they directed internal practice operations, tracked progress, and implemented changes to improve efficiency.

In May 2017, Alexia transitioned to the role of Regional Manager at Cano Health. Alexia conducted performance analyses, evaluated operating and accounting information, and identified areas of improvement. Alexia also fostered a team-based culture with shared strategies, goals, and initiatives.

In July 2018, Alexia became an Integration Manager at Cano Health. Alexia managed and coordinated integration planning and execution across multiple workstreams. Alexia identified business goals, requirements, and expectations to produce an integrated delivery plan and budget. Alexia also provided regular updates to operational and financial departments.

Finally, in May 2020, Alexia was promoted to the role of Director of Integrations at Cano Health. In this position, they collected and managed critical integration information across the organization to enable successful integration for each acquired practice. Alexia oversaw integration activities, monitored workload distribution, and led a team of 7 Integrations managers. Additionally, Alexia strategized, assessed business goals, and developed integrated delivery plans and budgets.

Alexia Arleo has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Services Administration from Florida International University. Alexia also has certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
