Darlene Ross

Darlene Ross has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Director of Health and Wellness at Cano Health, where they have been working since August 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the National Wellness Manager for Cano Health from March 2021 to August 2022. Before joining Cano Health, Darlene worked as a Wellness Manager at the same company from September 2018 to March 2021.

Earlier in their career, Darlene held the position of Director of Operations at Optima Medical Centers from August 2010 to August 2018. Darlene'sresponsibilities included managing multiple primary care service offices, training and managing lower-level managers, and presenting performance reports.

Darlene also gained experience as a District Manager at Helping Hands Senior Resource Center from October 2010 to July 2012, and as a Front Desk Supervisor at CHILDREN'S DOCTORS CLINIC from June 2008 to November 2009.

Darlene Ross completed their Bachelor's degree in Health Service Administration at Barry University from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an Insurance Agent for Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities from the Florida Department of Financial Services in November 2016. In October 2015, they obtained a Notary Public certification from the American Association of Notaries - Notary Public. Lastly, they received a certification in CPR & AED from the American Heart Association in January 2020.
