Shaun Mullins MBA, M.Ed, LPC, NCC is a seasoned professional in the mental health field with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as the Behavioral Health Service Line Director at Kaiser Permanente since January 2023, Shaun has previously held various roles including Assistant Director of Operations, Ambulatory Operations Manager, and Program Manager at Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute from August 2016 to January 2023.
