Benefits Coordinator at Cano Health

Ulices Montoya has a diverse work experience. Ulices started their career as a Language Tutor at UW-Madison PEOPLE Program from November 2013 to December 2015. In 2016, they worked as an Outreach Director at Working Class Student Union WCSU, where they were responsible for outreach activities. That same year, they also served as a CHIP Intern at Milwaukee AHEC, engaging in program and policy development, research, and education on various health issues in Milwaukee.

In 2017, Ulices joined the University of Michigan School of Public Health as a CDC Public Health Scholar. As part of this role, they participated in public health seminars, workshops, and community-based research projects under the guidance of mentors. Ulices also worked as a Summer Intern at the Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services (ACCESS) during the same period.

From 2019 to 2022, Ulices served as a Senior Outreach Executive at Oak Street Health, where they played a key role in outreach initiatives. Currently, they work as a Benefits Coordinator at Cano Health, starting in April 2022.

Ulices Montoya pursued their undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2013 to 2018. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Language and Literature.
