Hayden Posencheg

Hayden Posencheg has work experience at four different companies starting from 2020. In 2021, they worked as a Marketing Research Assistant at Elementary Connections and as an Associate at Inveniam, where they were responsible for onboarding private equity clients into the system, analyzing and building their fund or asset structure, and curating process workflows. From March to June 2023, they worked as a Senior Associate at Inveniam. They also worked as an Intern at Harlem Lacrosse for three months in 2020. Currently, Hayden is working as a Client Project Manager at Canoe, starting from June 2023.

Hayden Posencheg attended Friends' Central School from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, Hayden started attending Palumbo Donahue School of Business at Duquesne University but did not complete a degree program. In 2018, Hayden started a Bachelor of Arts in Policy Management program at Dickinson College, which was completed in 2021. In 2019, Hayden pursued political science and government studies at the K. Robert Nilsson Center for European Studies in Bologna, Italy, but did not work towards a degree.
