Will Pickar is a Business Development Representative at Tungsten Automation since October 2025, bringing extensive experience in business development from previous roles at Perforce Software, where Will served in multiple capacities including Associate Account Executive and Senior Sales Development Representative from January 2023 to September 2025. Will's career began with guest services at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson and golf internship at Madden's on Gull Lake, along with technical experience as an Avionics Assistant at Northpoint Aviation. Will holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and graduated from Park Rapids Senior High School in 2018.
