Robert Green

Robert Green started their work experience in 2006 as an ICT Technician at Lancashire County Council. Robert provided managed services to more than 800 schools and colleges, including project management and development of ICT strategies. Robert worked there until 2010.

From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer on contract for Empired Ltd, providing second and third-line on-site and remote support for clients in large-scale corporate Windows environments.

In 2011, Robert joined Fujitsu as a Systems Engineer, responsible for designing, developing, and managing infrastructure for managed services. Robert also worked on large-scale projects implementing and supporting SCCM solutions. In 2013, they were promoted to Senior Systems Engineer, taking on a more senior role within the team and acting as an escalation point for ongoing projects.

From 2014 to 2018, Robert worked as a Senior ICT Consultant at Reflex Technology Group, and from 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Solutions Architect at DXC Connect.

Currently, since 2022, Robert holds the position of Solutions Architect at Canon Business Services ANZ.

Robert Green attended Lancaster University from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree with First Class Honours in the field of Telecommunications. In terms of additional certifications, they have earned the following:

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate from Microsoft in December 2021

- MCSE: Productivity — Certified 2019 from Microsoft in April 2019

- MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate): Office 365 - Certified 2019 from Microsoft in February 2019

- HPE ASE - Server Solutions Architect V4 from Hewlett Packard Enterprise in July 2018

- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (70-243): Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager from Microsoft in March 2014

- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (70-401): System Center Configuration Manager 2007, Configuration from Microsoft in April 2012

- Another certification titled "Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate" from Microsoft (earned in December 2021). There seems to be a duplicate entry.
