Mazen Lawand is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in customer solutions and technical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer at Sysdig since January 2024, Mazen previously worked at Cisco as a Customer Success Specialist for the Data Center division and held various roles including Site Reliability Engineer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Technical Consulting Engineer focused on Hyperconverged Infrastructure at Cisco. The career began with internships at Cisco and Verizon Wireless, gaining hands-on experience in network operations and infrastructure engineering.
